I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and thanks for one of your service advisors at the West Valley Suzuki dealership in SLC, UT. I own a 2004 Forenza with 31,000 miles.
The service at this dealership has always been great, but on this occasion, I seen first hand what a concerned service advisor could do. My warranty had expired by 3 1/2 months and I was initially told that the car would not be covered under my current warranty. Obviously i was upset and expressed my concern and disbelief. The service advisor, Mr. Melara, told me he would see what he could do and understood my frustrations. He was polite, courteous and professional in his dealings with me.
A short time later he called me back and told me that he had received permission to go ahead and cover this work under warranty and that there would be no cost to me. He further said that he had arranged a rental car for me in hopes that the inconvenience and problem I was having with my vehicle would be lessened by this service. He made me an appointment to bring the car in the next morning at 9am. When i arrived, he had already called the rental company and they were en-route to pick me up. The entire experience was extremely well handled and I again want to thank Mr. Melara for his concern and professionalism in the way he handled this particular case.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Recently I developed transmission problems with my 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara. The vehicle only has about 23,000 miles on it. I contact service manager Terry Beckstead concerning this matter. She is extremely helpful to me and told me that the repairs would be covered by the vehicle warranty. She was very honest and told me that it would take awhile to get the part. Terry kept me informed of work process throughout the process. I felt that she went out of her way to help me get my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.
